minutia press.
Update (or lack thereof)

I have not been posting for a while because of lots of problems going on with family/kids and stuff. It could have been serious but luckily it turned out not to be, but it was one of those things where you hold your breath for a few weeks.

I exhort anybody who is reading this (and I suspect that is nearly an empty set) to go out and so something nice for yourself today. Do something that will lead to a greater appreciation and enjoyment of life. Go buy that CD; go see that movie; call that friend you haven't spoken with in so long. Order the designer coffee drink of your dreams. Read Tom Robbins's Jitterbug Perfume. Then drop me a note and tell me how you liked it.

I happened to check your blog today out of pre-job bordom and you have convinced me to make a purchase I've been putting off for a few weeks. I'm glad to hear the family thing wasn't serious!

Still here, still reading as often as you post. Rest assured you will always have at least one reader! Glad things are okay with the family. Thought about you while I watched "Spamalot" win Tony Awards last week. Who would have ever guessed Monty Python would have made it to Broadway?

I loved Jitterbug Perfume. Tom Robbins' odd conception of religion is very appealing, and I always keep my nose peeled for Pan now.
