My 6-year-old just reached a height of 48 inches. While this may not seem as momentous as, say, 16 so you can drive, 18 so you can vote, 21 so you can drink, you never saw a happier guy. He is now allowed to go down the big slide at the Clayton Center, and I took him there last weekend so he could do that about 20 times.
